About Jesse

Jesse is a Clinical Psychologist who completed his Master of Psychology (Clinical) with the University of Tasmania, graduating in 2018. He is passionate about providing mental health intervention to children, youth, and their families.
Medical Conditions and Mental Health
Jesse has worked with young people and families experiencing acute, chronic and life-long medical conditions. He has a particular interest in psycho-oncology and has worked in the Children’s Cancer Centre at the Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH). He currently holds a position as Senior Clinical Psychologist with the RCH.

Jesse also works privately providing clinical psychological treatment to people diagnosed with a wide range of medical conditions, supporting clients to navigate the psychological impact of living with their illness. He is able to support with adjusting to a diagnosis, medical related anxiety, procedural distress, medical trauma, and end-of-life mental health care.



Rural and Regional Mental Health
Jesse has experience working in acute mental health settings across regional and metropolitan Victoria. This includes the psychological assessment of children with complex needs, and those living in out of home care. He has a profound understanding of the impact that a young person's mental health can have on the well-being and functioning of the individual, parents, and families. Jesse enjoys working closely with the family and wider system to bring about meaningful and long-lasting change.
