​Jesse provides a range of psychological interventions and supervision services that are uniquely tailored to suit your needs.

Psychological Intervention

Jesse provides psychological intervention by telehealth only at this time, with in-person consults commencing in July 2025.  He provides individual therapy for young people up to age 25, with a particular interest in the mental health of young people experiencing co-occurring medical conditions. He also provides mental health support for a range of mental health conditions and enjoys working with parents, family members, and others involved in the care team to provide a system-wide approach to treatment.

Jesse offers the following therapeutic approaches:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Supervision

Jesse is a Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) approved supervisor with experience supervising psychology students and registrars in health care settings.  He currently offers supervision services to general and clinical psychologists, clinical psychology registrars, psychology students (including post graduate clinical psychology students), and other allied health professionals. Jesse enjoys supervising mental health professionals to support their practice and build their competence.
